NDS has successfully placed its students in a variety of professional roles in the industry. In the retail industry, NDS students are working alongside their hearing counterparts as ‘Brew Masters’ at Barista Coffee. Students are placed keeping in mind their capabilities and constraints. Deaf students work in the production and back house of such reputed organizations like Nirula’s, ITC, ICICI bank. They work in Laundry, Refreshment, Kitchens, and also handle such responsibilities like scanning documents and filing work. The corporates have shown an immensely broad attitude towards our endeavours and supported the cause of the Deaf.
